MY EXPERIENCE DOING THE SPECIALIZATION

After studying one year, I can say » mission accomplished» . It was such a nice experience that I learned so much. Now there is so much to do. Thinking of how to put into practice what I got , my main concern deals with kids motivation. It is a real challenge  because we need to do it evey single day. Beginning every class with an activator is the best advice. For example a song could be a good idea, or playing » Simon says» could be a good warm up activity. Furthermore, a daily prayer would be more than enough . Following routines is an excellent way to keep students motivation up. Don´t take for granted that kids are eager to learn everyday, they need to be motivated by external factors such as rewards or compliments.  Summing up, our  main role is to be great motivators in this learning process.
